Abstract

The present disclosure is related to a cargo-type bicycle formed by a metal structure formed by three joined sections. The first section comprises a first tire attached to the second section; this second section is formed by a structure for carrying cargo comprising a load support, and at the bottom, two posts that work to maintain the vertical position of the bicycle when the same is parked. The third section is formed by a handlebar structure, which is attached to a steering rod, which in turn is attached to the first section to give direction to the bicycle. The handlebar structure is attached to an L-shaped support element comprising a seat for resting and supporting the bicycle driver, and in the vertex comprises a driving gear. The handlebar structure is joined by an arched crossbar, which in turn is attached to the L-shaped element that supports the seat; the third section additionally comprises two v-shaped crossbars parallel to each other that are attached to the L-shaped support that supports the seat as well as the vertex of the L-shaped frame support. The v-shaped crossbars have a second tire attached at their vertex by means of an axle or arrow that has a set of pinions connected to a set of drive gears by means of a chain and to these driving gears, are attached a pair of connecting rods that are also attached to a pair of pedals. The drive gears and pinions make up a transmission system that is activated by shift controls placed on the handlebar structure.
