Abstract
Se describe un método de orientación de resucitación cardiopulmonar de manos libres (CPR) (40) para un sistema que incluye un dispositivo de computación que se acopla a la cabeza (100) que comprende un procesador (110) y al menos un módulo de presentación (106, 106') dispuesto para ser visualizado para el usuario (20) del dispositivo de computación que se acopla a la cabeza cuando se está usando el dispositivo, que permite a un socorrista recibir instrucciones para la CPR sin perder de vista a la víctima. El método comprende recibir (420), en tal procesador, una primera señal que transporta la información de los signos vitales de al menos un sensor (200, 210) para monitorear los signos vitales de un paciente (10), en donde un sensor (210) de al menos un sensor está integrado integrado en el dispositivo de computación que se acopla a la cabeza (100); procesar tal primera señal en tal procesador para obtener la información de los signos vitales; y presentar (422) la orientación de la CPR en tal módulo de presentación en respuesta al información de los signos vitales procesada. Un producto de programa de computadora y un Sistema de orientación de la CPR también se describen. El sistema puede creerse in situ utilizando dispositivos ubicuos, por ejemplo, dispositivos inteligentes incluyendo sensores útiles, de esta forma facilitando la respuesta a un evento ese SCA, que mejora las posibilidades de supervivencia de una víctima de SCA.
