Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a inhibidores de PPP1R15A y PPP1R15B, así como su uso en terapia, particularmente en el tratamiento de un estado de la enfermedad aliviado por la inhibición de PPP1R15A y PPP1R15B, por ejemplo un trastorno asociado con la acumulación de proteínas mal plegadas o trastorno de proteostasis.
