Abstract
Se propone un método para fabricar un componente de una máquina rotativa, el componente se extiende en una dirección axial (A) así como en una dirección radial vertical al mismo, y teniendo al menos un canal interior (7), el cual se extiende desde un primer extremo (72) en un centro (6) del componente a un segundo extremo (71) en una superficie límite radial (42) del componente y que está al menos parcialmente cerrado, en donde se proporciona una chapa plana (10) comprendiendo el centro (6) del componente y el cual queda limitado por una superficie exterior (11) en la dirección radial (R), en donde la dimensión máxima (D1) de la superficie exterior (11) en la dirección radial (R) es más pequeña que la dimensión (D2) de la superficie limite (42) en la dirección radial, en donde además se ejecuta un primer paso del proceso substractivo donde una parte del canal (7) es fabricada mediante un proceso de maquinado, con dicha parte extendiéndose desde el primer extremo (72) del canal a la superficie exterior (11) de la chapa plana (10), y donde posteriormente el canal (7) es terminado por medio de un proceso de construcción en la chapa plana (10). Además se propone un método correspondiente para reparación así como un componente fabricado o reparado para dicho método.
