Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método de producción de derivados de 1,2,4-oxadiazol, que se realiza mediante procedimientos sencillos y con alta eficiencia de producción; la presente invención se refiere a un método de producción de un derivado de 1,2,4-oxadiazol representado por la siguiente fórmula (A), que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto representado por la siguiente fórmula (B) y un compuesto representado por la siguiente fórmula (C) en presencia de un compuesto básico; (ver Fórmula) en donde Ar es un grupo aromático o un grupo aromático que tiene sustituyente(s), W, X, Y y Z son cada uno independientemente -S-, -N=, -CH= o -CR=, y uno seleccionado de W, X, Y y Z es -S-, R es un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, un grupo alcoxi que tiene de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, un grupo haloalquilo que tiene de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, un grupo haloalcoxi que tiene de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono o un átomo de halógeno.
