Abstract
Se proporciona un ensamble capaz de mantener la resistencia necesaria de una soldadura en las etapas de la fabricación del ensamble y en el uso del ensamble. Un ensamble de lámina de acero de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye una pluralidad de láminas de acero lapeadas que tienen una composición que contiene C: 0.4% o menos, Si: 3.0% o menos, Al: 3.0% o menos, Mn: 0.2% a 6.0%, P: 0.1% o menos, y S: 0.07% o menos con base a la masa, siendo el restante Fe e impurezas inevitables, y que tienen una resistencia a la tracción de 1,470 MPa o menos y un grosor de 0.3 mm a 5.0 mm, el ensamble de lámina de acero estando formado al aplicar por adelantado, un adhesivo y un agente de suministro de carbono a una superficie de cualquiera o ambas de las láminas de acero a lapearse y luego soldar las láminas de acero. Una soldadura del ensamble tiene un diámetro de pella de 2.8vt (mm) o más, donde t denota el grosor de la más delgada de las láminas de acero en ambos lados de una interfaz de soldadura, y la cantidad de C se incrementa por 0.02% en masa o más en comparación a las láminas de acero antes de aplicarse con el adhesivo y el agente de suministro de carbono.
