Abstract
La invención de la presente solicitud es un molde para comprimir y someter a compresión final el cuerpo sinterizado (1) en las porciones rectas (11, 21). Las porciones ahusadas superiores (15, 25) se proporcionan sobre una porción superior de molde (13) y una porción superior de vástago de troquel (23), y las porciones rectas (11, 21) se proporcionan en la porción inferior de molde (14) y en la porción inferior de vástago de troquel (24). Los materiales de la porción superior de molde (13) y de la porción superior de vástago de troquel (23) tienen coeficientes de elasticidad mayores que los de los materiales de la porción inferior de molde (14) y de la porción inferior de vástago de troquel (24). La porción superior de molde (13) y la porción superior de vástago de troquel (23) se producen de materiales que tienen coeficientes de elasticidad que son al menos 50 GPa mayores que el del cuerpo sinterizado (1). Por tanto, el cuerpo sinterizado (1) puede densificarse con un margen de embutición (S) más pequeño. Además, debido a que el cuerpo sinterizado (1) se embute sin comprimirse por las porciones ahusadas de la porción superior de molde (13) y la porción superior de vástago de troquel (23) que se producen de materiales que tienen altos coeficientes de elasticidad, puede evitarse que el molde se rompa y se desgaste debido a la embutición.
