Abstract
Se proporciona un calentador que tiene al menos una capa de calentamiento resistivo térmicamente rociada, la capa de calentamiento resistivo que comprende un primer componente metálico que es eléctricamente conductor y capaz de reaccionar con una gas para formar uno o más derivados de carburo, oxido nitruro, carburo y boruro; uno o más derivados de óxido nitruro carburo, y boruro del primer componente metálico que son eléctricamente aislantes; y un tercer componente capaz de estabilizar la resistividad de la capa de calentamiento resistivo. En algunas modalidades, el tercer componente es capaz de fijar los límites de grano del primer componente metálico depositado en la capa de calentamiento resistivo y/o modificar la estructura de granos de óxido de aluminio depositados en la capa de calentamiento resistivo.
