Abstract

Se proporciona un método para fermentar cañas de la familia Poaceae. Esta incluye cañas de caña de azúcar, sorgo y maíz. Este método comprime las cañas entre rodillos entre el 20 % y el 90 % de su diámetro mientras las cañas están sumergidas en una solución de reactivo acuoso.
