Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de un soporte de dispositivo de radiofrecuencia constituido por una sola capa. La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de fabricación de un dispositivo de identificación de radiofrecuencia (RFID) que comprende las siguientes etapas; realizar una antena (13) que consiste en imprimir en varias pasadas y sobre un sustrato (11) un devanado de espiras (12), una banda aislante (14) de materia dieléctrica sobre una parte de las espiras, un primer contacto (27) de tinta conductora compuesto por un primer terminal de conexión (26), por una primera unión (17) y por un puente eléctrico (24) situado sobre la banda aislante, un segundo contacto (29) de tinta conductora compuesto por un segundo terminal de conexión (28) y por una segunda unión (19), estando cada uno de los contactos conectado a uno de los dos extremos de la antena, realizar una cavidad no pasante (22) sobre la primera cara (15) del soporte que incluye un fondo (42), unas paredes laterales curvas (34), eligiéndose la ubicación de la cavidad de modo que una vez realizada esta cavidad, los terminales de conexión se sitúan sobre el fondo y las uniones se sitúan a la vez sobre el sustrato, sobre las paredes laterales y sobre el fondo de la cavidad, conectar el chip sobre los terminales de conexión.
