Abstract

La invención hace posible la producción de un producto alimenticio sazonado con contenido de sodio reducido. El producto alimenticio sazonado se forma a partir de una mezcla de unidades alimenticias cocinadas seleccionadas a partir de una primera porción y una segunda porción en una relación proporcional de aplicación predeterminada. La primera porción de unidades alimenticias se sala con una primera intensidad de sal y la segunda porción de unidades alimenticias se sala con una segunda intensidad de sal. De preferencia, la primera y la segunda intensidades de sal tienen una amplitud de aplicación de por lo menos 20%, a fin de que el contenido de sodio pueda reducirse sin sacrificar la salinidad percibida del producto alimenticio sazonado.
