Abstract
Máquina y método para curvado semi-continuo en trío de perfiles (3) de baja ductilidad del tipo que comprende una bancada horizontal (1) y un útil (4) intercambiable contra el que se genera dicho curvado del perfil (3). La máquina consta de un pórtico soporte (10). Dicho útil (4) está situado en una zona delimitada por la bancada (1), unos apoyos verticales (5) del útil (4) y una placa de compresión (7) accionada por unos cilindros prensores verticales. El útil (4) se sitúa frente a un plano de actuación definido por un doble conjunto de cilindros hidráulicos de posicionamiento (23) y empujador (20). Dichos perfiles (3) curvados pueden utilizarse para carpas, lucernarios, perfilería de fachadas, lamas de protección solar o carrocerías tricarriles para lona de camiones, garantizando la homogeneidad de la curva en todas los perfiles curvados, sin que el perfil se clave en la máquina durante su curvado.
