Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una barra de alambre de acero que tiene una película de recubrimiento lubricante, que puede lograr tanto capacidades de trabajo tal como capacidad de trefilado, propiedad de pico y propiedad de estiramiento de la bola, y resistencia a la corrosión tal como propiedad de antioxidación de largo plazo; y un método para producir la misma. Se divulgó una barra de alambre de acero que tiene una película de recubrimiento que no contiene fosforo, en la que la película de recubrimiento incluye una película de recubrimiento de capa inferior compuesta de óxido y/o hidróxido de zirconio y que tiene un espesor de película de 1.0 a 200 nm, y una película de recubrimiento de capa superior que contiene silicio y tungsteno, en orden desde una barra lateral de alambre de acero, una proporción de masas de tungsteno/silicio que está en un rango de 1.3 a 18; y un método para producir la barra de alambre de acero anterior, que comprende introducir una solución de tratamiento de conversión química acuosa, que tiene un pH en un rango de 2.5 a 5.0 y contiene un compuesto de zirconio soluble en agua disuelto en esta, en contacto con una superficie de una barra de alambre de acero para formar una película de recubrimiento de capa inferior.
