Abstract

Se describen métodos y sistemas para un ancla controlable enclavado por gravedad autodirigido (es decir autónomo). Esta ancla desciende libremente a través de la columna de agua y acelera debido a la gravedad y usa la energía cinética para enclavarse a sí misma en el lecho marino para funcionar como un ancla para el amarre tanto de las embarcaciones flotantes, como también de otras estructuras submarinas. Contrariamente a las anclas de placa enclavadas por gravedad que existen actualmente, este dispositivo puede dirigirse a sí mismo hasta su ubicación objetivo de destino sobre el lecho marino, mejorando así la precisión de colocación y permitiendo su liberación directamente desde una embarcación de instalación que se encuentra sobre la superficie del agua, con lo cual se simplifica ampliamente su instalación.
