Abstract

La presente invención está relacionada con la industria biotecnológica y con la industria de la manufactura de alimentos especializados. La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir las proteínas recombinantes funcionales puras de fas proteínas de la leche materna en una cepa transformada de la levadura Pichia pastoris X-33, las cuales serán utilizadas para elaborar alimentos especializados seguros y con un alto valor agregado, que superarán las desventajas y los efectos adversos relacionados con el consumo de los alimentos especializados elaborados a base de los principales componentes de la leche de vaca.
