Abstract
Un motor magnético de fase única (10) y un método para hacer el mismo. El método incluye los pasos de: configurar un núcleo de estator (30), en donde el núcleo de estator (30) comprende una primer parte de anillo (31), los cuerpos de diente (33), y un zapato de polo (35) que se extiende desde el cuerpo de diente (33), una abertura de ranura (37) está definida entre cada dos zapatos de polo adyacentes (35), por lo menos un zapato de polo (35) incluye una parte principal (35a), una parte de conexión (35b) y una punta fácilmente doblable (35c), la punta fácilmente (35c) es doblada en relación a la parte principal (35a) alrededor de la parte de conexión (35b), enrollar un devanado de estator (39) alrededor del núcleo de estator (30); y la punta fácilmente doblable (35c) alrededor de la parte de conexión (35b) para estrechar la abertura de ranura (37). La presente invención puede cambiar el tamaño de la abertura de ranura (37), por tanto más fácilmente terminando el enrollado del devanado de estator (39) y mejorando la eficiencia de la fabricación del motor.
