Abstract
La presente invención comprende una composición y método de uso para proporcionar capacidad de limpieza para la pintura que comprende una emulsión acuosa de la Fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) Unidad A Unidad B Unidad C Unidad D en donde la composición de la Fórmula (I) es un copolímero aleatorio; en donde la composición de la Fórmula (I) comprende, además, residuos de un agente de transferencia de cadenas hidrofílicas. Las composiciones de la presente invención proporcionan durabilidad para las composiciones de revestimiento, mientras que, además, proporcionan a las películas de revestimiento efectos de superficie tales como mayores ángulos de contacto de agua y aceite, mejor resistencia a la captación de suciedad y mejor capacidad de limpieza. Por estas razones, la composición de la presente invención es particularmente adecuada para usar como aditivos para pinturas y revestimientos para exteriores.
