Abstract

Se describe un método biosintético para hacer un capsaicinoide que incluye expresar un primer producto génico de CS/AT3/Pun1 en un sistema celular, hacer crecer el sistema celular en un medio, y recolectar el capsaicinoide. El método biosintético incluye además expresar un segundo producto génico de ACS1 y expresar un tercer producto génico de pAMT en el sistema celular.
