Abstract
La invención se refiere a un enchufe (4) que tiene un cuerpo de aislamiento eléctrico (41) que comprende una pluralidad de aberturas pasantes y una pluralidad de elementos de contacto eléctrico (42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, 42e, 42f), en donde cada elemento de contacto eléctrico (42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, 42e, 42f) se dispone parcialmente en una abertura pasante en el cuerpo de aislamiento eléctrico (41). Al menos una abertura pasante tiene una sección transversal rectangular con una pluralidad de contornos que interfieren con la abertura los cuales se disponen simétricamente en el punto sobre la abertura pasante. Un método para producir el enchufe (4) comprende la provisión de una herramienta que tiene una región base y una pluralidad de núcleos que sobresalen desde la región base, la introducción de una masa polimérica fundida en la herramienta, la dirección del flujo de la masa polimérica se dirige de tal manera que ningún polímero que fluya converja a lo largo de una línea que conecta los puntos centrales de dos núcleos entre sí, permitiendo que la masa polimérica fundida se solidifique, el retiro de la herramienta a fin de obtener un cuerpo de aislamiento eléctrico (41) que consiste de la masa polimérica y tiene aberturas pasantes, y la introducción de un elemento de contacto eléctrico (42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, 42e, 42f) en cada una de las aberturas pasantes. Al menos un núcleo de una herramienta provisto para llevar a cabo este método tiene una sección transversal rectangular con una pluralidad de contornos que interfieren con el núcleo, los cuales se disponen simétricamente en el punto sobre el núcleo y los cuales dirigen la dirección del flujo de la masa polimérica.
