Abstract
Un sistema para evaluar el rendimiento de un aparato descongelador/desempañador de ventanillas de un vehículo que incluye al menos un dispositivo informático que tiene al menos un procesador y una memoria, y uno o más capturadores de imágenes configurados para obtener imágenes de una o más ventanillas de un vehículo. El procesador está configurado para ejecutar instrucciones para analizar las imágenes para determinar una porción descongelada/desempañada de una o más ventanillas en intervalos de tiempo predeterminados, que incluyen controlar la iluminación para optimizar la capacidad del sistema de distinguir áreas de la ventanilla despejadas. Una interfaz de usuario gráfica configurada para exhibir y/o manipular al menos una de una o más imágenes, datos digitales de una o más imágenes, y una plantilla predeterminada para determinar la porción descongelada/desempañada de una o más ventanillas.
