Abstract
A method for building houses, shops, industrial units, commercial sites or any type of building, using material-filled bags, comprises the following steps: (I) clearing the grounds; (II) preparing and improving the grounds; (III) preparing and placing cementing slabs; (IV) building the walls of the house using bags of material, the walls being built in two phases. The first phase comprises the following steps: (a) providing already filled and sealed bags; (b) placing a wire mesh; (c) stacking the bags longitudinally up to an intermediate height, wherein the bags are randomly stacked in such a way that the ends of the bags overlap; (f) compacting the bags in each row and puncturing them to release moisture, the wire mesh being fastened to every two rows of bags, on both sides of the wall. When the intermediate height is reached; (g) the top of the wire mesh is fastened to the top of the wall, and the sides of the wire mesh to the frames, the top of the walls having indentations, and th us when the frame is attached the wall is embedded into the frame; and (h) a metal structure of an intermediate beam is attached to the top of the wall; (i) a second wire mesh is attached and secured to the metal structure, in such a way that the second mesh is aligned with the first mesh; (j) concrete is poured on the beam structure and on the first half of the frames, to form a single element and attach the ends of the second mesh to the intermediate beam. The second phase comprises the following steps: (k) repeating steps (a), (b), (c), (e), (f) and (g) until a final or closing height is reached; (l) placing a closing beam on the top of the second part of the wall; (j) pouring concrete on the structure of the closing beam and on the second half of the frames to form a single element; (V) placing the water pipes, sewage pipes and electric cable on the finished walls, and applying the last finishes; and (VI) placing the roof on the house.
