Abstract

La presente descripción hace referencia a calibración en tiempo real de programas de realización de modelos de perforación y a un cálculo estimativo de la extensión de la tubería para realizar correcciones para las mediciones de inclinación y acimut y el cálculo estimativo de la torsión de la tubería para realizar correcciones en la configuración de la orientación de la herramienta. Se coloca una herramienta de medición con múltiples sensores en la sarta de perforación. Las mediciones se toman de forma continua durante el proceso de perforación de cada uno de los sensores para determinar los datos del par motor, el momento de flexión y la fuerza axial. Esta información se acopla de forma iterativa con un modelo mecánico de par motor-arrastre (según la mecánica estándar de materiales deformables y la mecánica del pozo) para calcular de forma correcta la extensión y la torsión de la sarta de perforación en tiempo real o casi en tiempo real y así promover una colocación correcta del pozo.
