Abstract

Se describe metodología de hardware y software para monitorizar salud cardiaca de forma no invasiva. Se analizan formas de onda hemodinámicas adquiridas de diversas formas para un sujeto para calcular o aproximar frecuencias intrínsecas en dos dominios a través de la muesca dicrótica. Conjuntamente con valores asociados de temporización de muesca, ritmo cardiaco y presión sanguínea se puede determinar la fracción de eyección de ventrículo izquierdo y/o el volumen sistólico.
