Abstract

Método y dispositivo para la inspección y regeneración de superficies interiores de conductos mediante proyección térmica de metales. El método comprende: la introducción de un vehículo portador de los instrumentos y las conducciones correspondientes, el desplazamiento a una posición de trabajo, en el que hay una etapa de expansión en la que unos medios de rodadura transversales se expanden hasta separar los medios de rodadura longitudinales del vehículo. El dispositivo está formado por: - Un vehículo teledirigido (1), portador del dispositivo de proyección térmica de metales (4), con unos medios de rodadura longitudinales expandibles; - Un cabezal con los medios sensores o los de proyección térmica (4) dispuesto en el vehículo, susceptible de ser posicionado y orientado adecuadamente; - Conexiones eléctricas, neumáticas, y/o hidráulicas de alimentación, control y maniobra del vehículo (1) y del dispositivo de proyección térmica (4), y - Un conjunto de ruedas transversales y medios para expandir dichas ruedas transversales en la fase de expansión de los medios de rodadura longitudinales.
