Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para plantación y tratamiento de plantines de una planta agrícola. En particular, el aparato está adaptado para plantar y tratar plantines de caña de azúcar. El aparato comprende medios para mover el aparato sobre un campo con el suelo en el cual se plantarán los plantines. Además, comprende una bandeja para sostener una pluralidad de plantines y un abridor de surco para crear automáticamente un surco en el campo cuando el aparato se mueve sobre el campo. Más aún, el aparato comprende un dispositivo de aspersión para aplicar un fertilizador, un insecticida, un fungicida, y/o un nutriente al surco. Además, el aparato comprende un compactador de surcos que se adapta para cerrar el surco con suelo y compactar el suelo que rodea el plantín en el surco cerrado. Más aún, la invención se refiere al uso de este aparato para plantar un plantín de una planta gramínea, en particular el plantín de una planta de caña de azúcar.
