Abstract

Se pueden generar rutas de posicionamiento optimizadas para mecanizado CNC multi-eje con base en la cinemática de la máquina, límites de viaje de ejes de la máquina, límites de aceleración y velocidad de eje de la máquina, y metodologías de posicionamiento de máquina. Los límites de viaje de ejes de máquina y las metodologías de posicionamiento de máquina se incorporan a fin de asegurar que las rutas de posicionamiento desarrolladas no violen las limitaciones de viaje de ejes de máquina. Se desarrollan rutas de posicionamiento multi-eje para evitar colisiones con productos en proceso que cambian de forma dinámica y otras áreas circundantes, que incluyen accesorios y tanto componentes móviles como no móviles de la máquina. Las personalizaciones de las rutas de posicionamiento de herramienta dan al usuario la flexibilidad de aplicar limitaciones basadas en seguridad a las rutas de herramienta generadas de forma automática.
