Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la oxidación parcial de un alqueno utilizando un reactor multitubular de lecho fijo para fabricar el aldehído insaturado y/o el ácido carboxílico insaturado correspondientes, en donde son provistas las capas múltiples del catalizador, las cuales son formadas dividiendo la dirección de flujo del gas del tubo de reacción entre N (N = 2), y cuando el cambio (°C) en la temperatura del punto caliente por un cambio de 1 °C de la temperatura del baño de la reacción en una capa del catalizador es (Sn), Sn = 6 en al menos una de las capas múltiples del catalizador.
