Abstract

Un aparato para fabricar almohadillas de empaque para sellar un tambor de una secadora y una almohadilla de empaque fabricada por el mismo. El aparato automatiza las operaciones de guiar una tira de fieltro textil, cortar una porción del fieltro textil por una longitud predeterminada, unir ambos extremos de la porción de fieltro textil cortado uno con el otro sin una diferencia en altura, y coser ambos extremos de la porción de fieltro textil cortado. Ya que las almohadillas de empaque se fabrican por las operaciones automatizadas en lugar de operaciones manuales que dependen de las experiencias de los trabajadores, se pueden fabricar las mismas almohadillas de empaque con alta calidad.
