Abstract

La presente invención describe un sistema para analizar, transportar, detectar y supervisar automáticamente la posición de un objeto que es transportado a través de una banda transportadora que interactúa con robots manipuladores con retroalimentación visual, caracterizado porque comprende: un brazo de robot manipulador de tres articulaciones; una banda transportadora; una cámara WEB fija; y un microcontrolador acoplado al robot manipulador de tres articulaciones; a la banda transportadora y a la cámara WEB; en donde el microcontrolador está configurado para: identificar un objeto estando la banda transportadora estática; detectar por medio de retroalimentación visual basado en imágenes de referencia, una posición determinada y generada por el movimiento de un objeto, el cual es desplazado por la banda transportadora; y determinar un área de trabajo del brazo de robot manipulador para la supervisión de un objeto.
