Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para la construcción de una biblioteca basada en la combinación de proteínas, un método de selección de un anticuerpo deseado que utiliza la biblioteca Fv construida, un anticuerpo seleccionado mediante el método de selección, y una biblioteca Fv construida mediante el método de construcción de la biblioteca Fv. La biblioteca Fv de la presente invención se basa en la combinación de proteínas para los miembros de la misma puedan ser analizados individualmente por su función. Además, la biblioteca Fv permite que un anticuerpo Fv deseado sea seleccionado sin la necesidad de preparación de un antígeno diana. Además, la combinación de proteínas basadas en la biblioteca Fv hace posible reducir significativamente el número de procesos de purificación de proteínas para este modo de reducir costos y tiempo, comparado a las bibliotecas convencionales basadas en ADN.
