Abstract
La invención se refiere al uso de un revestimiento que de una capa que comprende una matriz vítrea inorgánica de un silicato de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalinotérreo, o una capa que comprende una matriz híbrida inorgánica-orgánica, o de una capa doble compuesta de una capa base que comprende una matriz vítrea inorgánica de un silicato de metal alcalino y/o de metal alcalinotérreo o una capa base que comprende una matriz híbrida inorgánica-orgánica y una capa externa sin el silicato de metal alcalino y de metal alcalinotérreo que comprende una matriz de un compuesto de silicio oxídico como revestimiento anti-formación de cal sobre al menos una superficie metálica o superficie inorgánica de un artículo o material. El revestimiento anti-formación de cal puede ser usado preferiblemente para instalaciones de almacenamiento o transporte de agua o medios que contienen agua tales como petróleo o gas que contienen agua. El revestimiento anti-formación de cal es adecuado particularmente para tuberías, sistemas de control de arena o válvulas de seguridad en el transporte de petróleo o gas o el almacenamiento de petróleo o gas.
