Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para la desacidificación de grasas y aceites que comprenden: la alimentación de corriente (1) a una sección de separación; condensar la fase volátil en una zona de condensación de alta temperatura, enviar la fase condensada a destilación A; destilar la fase condensada, que obtiene una corriente volátil; pasar la corriente volátil junto con la fase de vapor de la zona de condensación a una zona de condensación en frío que obtiene un condensado y una corriente (4); permitir que la corriente (4) continúe al sistema de vacío y someter el condensado en frío a destilación B; y producir una corriente de ácidos grasos (5) y una corriente de micronutrientes (6).
