Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para aislar uno o más de pectina, d-limoneno, un compuesto de sabor, un flavonoide, un monosacárido soluble, un producto de descomposición de un monosacárido y celulosa, a partir del material cítrico en donde tal método comprende el tratamiento a baja temperatura hidrotérmico asistido por microondas del material cítrico.
