Abstract

Un método de soldadura de aportación incluyendo depositar un material de soldadura (12) sobre un substrato (10) en una serie de pasadas de soldadura en relación lado a lado para formar una primera capa de soldadura (12a), en donde sustancialmente todas las pasadas de soldadura que forman la primera capa de soldadura (12a) son depositadas en una primera dirección de pasada (d1); posteriormente, una serie de pasadas de soldadura son depositadas en relación lado a lado sobre la primera capa para formar una segunda capa de soldadura (12b), en donde sustancialmente todas las pasadas de soldadura que forman la segunda capa de soldadura (l2b) son depositadas en una segunda dirección de pasada (d2) opuesta a la primera dirección de pasada (d1); cada pasada de soldadura de cada capa se puede depositar en una ubicación en donde queda restringida sobre no más de un costado lateral extendiéndose paralelo a la pasada de soldadura.
