Abstract
Se provee una estación base de radio que incluye una unidad de detección de terminales que detecta una señal de enlace ascendente de una primera terminal atendida por otra estación base, una unidad de almacenamiento que almacena la prioridad de asignación de un recurso radioeléctrico durante un periodo predeterminado, y una unidad de asignación de recursos que asigna un recurso radioeléctrico a una segunda terminal atendida por la estación base de radio, utilizando la prioridad de asignación del recurso radioeléctrico almacenado en la unidad de almacenamiento. Cuando la unidad de detección de terminales detecta la señal de enlace ascendente de la primera terminal, la unidad de asignación de recursos preferencialmente asigna un recurso radioeléctrico de un enlace ascendente de alta prioridad de asignación a la segunda terminal mientras se reduce la prioridad de asignación de un recurso radioeléctrico que se estima utilizar después para el enlace ascendente mediante la potencia de transmisión.
