Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir enfriamiento en un enfriador que tiene un evaporador en donde se evapora una composición refrigerante para enfriar un medio de transferencia de calor. El método comprende evaporar una composición refrigerante que comprende HFC-245eb y opcionalmente Z-HFO-1336mzz en el evaporador. Adicionalmente, se provee una composición que comprende: (1) una composición refrigerante que consiste esencialmente de HFC-245eb y Z-HFO-1336mzz; (2) un lubricante adecuado para usar en un enfriador; en donde el Z-HFO-1336mzz en la composición refrigerante es al menos aproximadamente de 41 por ciento en peso. También, se proporciona un dispositivo de enfriamiento que comprende un evaporador, un compresor, un condensador y un dispositivo para la reducción de presión, todos estos están en comunicación fluida en el orden listado y a través de los cuales fluye un refrigerante desde un componente hacia el siguiente en un ciclo de repetición.
