Abstract

Como se discute en detalle en la presente, se proporcionan péptidos de epítopo aislados derivados de SEMA5B enlazados a un antígeno HLA e inducen linfocitos T citotóxicos (CTL) y d esta manera son apropiados para uso en el contexto de inmunoterapia de cáncer, más particularmente vacunas contra cáncer. Los péptidos inventivos abarcan tanto las secuencias de aminoácidos antes mencionadas como versiones modificadas de las mismas, en las cuales uno, dos, o varios aminoácidos se sustituyen, eliminan, insertan o agregan, con la condición de tales versiones modificadas mantengan el enlace HLA y/o capacidad de inducción de CTL requerido de las secuencias originales Se proporcionan además polinucleotidos que codifican cualquiera de los péptidos antes mencionados así como agentes o composiciones farmacéuticas que incluyen cualquiera de los péptidos o polinucleótidos antes mencionados. Los péptidos, polinucleótidos, agentes o composiciones farmacéuticas de esta invención encuentran utilidad particular en el tratamiento y/o prevención de cánceres y tumores, que incluyen, por ejemplo, cáncer esofágico, NSCLC, RCC y SCLC.
