Abstract

Se describen en la presente los análogos del factor de liberación de la hormona de crecimiento (GRF) donde lisina-21, leucina-22 y leucina-23 se encuentran eliminados. Estos análogos retienen la actividad de GRF. También se describen los usos de dichos análogos, por ejemplo, como un agonista del receptor de GRF, por ejemplo para inducir la secreción de la hormona de crecimiento en un sujeto o sistema biológico.
