Abstract
La invención se refiere al uso de encapsulados de células cancerosas, en perlas que contienen agarosa recubiertas de agarosa, para el aislamiento de células resistentes a quimioterapéuticos que tienen al menos una propiedad de las células madre, tales como la expresión de OCT4.
