Abstract

Un aparato para refinar un licor de proceso que incluye sólidos, aparato que incluye un recipiente que tiene una base y una pared lateral que definen un volumen interno para contener el licor de proceso y para permitir la sedimentación por gravedad de los sólidos en el licor, con lo que producir un licor refinado hacia una parte superior del volumen interno y una suspensión hacia una parte inferior del volumen interno, el aparato incluye además elementos de desplazamiento de sólidos dispuestos dentro del volumen interno para dirigir sólidos sedimentados y/o sólidos en sedimentación en las proximidades de la pared lateral o de la base hacia una trayectoria de flujo de la suspensión que está siendo extraída de la salida de suspensión.
