Description

WAGON OF RAILWAY WAGON AND RAILWAY WAGON FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the technology of the structure of railway wagons, and particularly to a railway wagon box and a railway wagon.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The rail car used as a means of transport of gauge generally includes a car box, a box and a brake equipment. The box serves to support the car's box, to guide the wagon along its length along the rails and to support various loads from the car's box and rails. The most common bogie for the railroad car includes an oscillating cross member, two side frames, two sets of wheels, a spring vibration damper and a brake equipment.
Generally, the improvement of the load capacity of the wagon is basically achieved in two ways: one is to increase the load per axle; and the other is to reduce the weight of the tare. Currently, due to the limitation of lanes and bridges, the axle load has increased substantially to its limit and it is difficult to increase it further. Therefore, the effective load capacity is generally improved by decreasing the weight of the tare, thereby increasing the overall load capacity.
However, the box has a low anti-bias rigidity and a low critical speed. There are many improved solutions against the disadvantages of such a box. An improved bogie is implemented by additionally providing bracing elastic bars between the two side frames, thereby increasing the anti-dislocation capability between the two side frames and the antioblicuity stiffness of the bogie. Presently, in a real application, the bracing rods can be arranged below the rocking crossbeam so as to form a lower bracing box, or they can be arranged so that they pass through the rocking crossbeam to form a bogie box. central braced. The central bracing box is widely used due to good safety performance and little influence on the braking equipment. Chinese Patent ZL 2006201 12243.5 (Publication No. CN2910705Y) discloses a railroad car trunk. As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, this box is a central bracing box, which includes the wheel assemblies 1, side frames 2, an oscillating cross member 3 and a bracing device. Two bracing bars 4 intersect in an "X" shape and pass through a predetermined hole in the oscillation cross member 3. The two ends of each of the bracing bars 4 are elastically connected to the two side frames 2, so that they form a four-bar link mechanism. The two ends of each of the side frames 2 are supported on the wheel assemblies 1 by a rubber case and bearing adapter. The antioblicuity stiffness of the bogie is improved by providing a pair of bracing bars 4 between the two side frames 2, thereby improving the dynamic performance of the car.
The two bracing bars 4 of the central bracing box pass through the predetermined hole of the oscillating cross-member 3. The two ends of each of the bracing bars 4 are elastically connected to the support seats 5 in the side frames 2 , respectively.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, to allow the bracing bars 4 to be connected to the side frames 2, a support seat 5 is welded below each triangular hole 6 on the outside of the side frame 2. This support seat 5 includes a post tapered 51, a seat plate 52 and a rib plate 53. The bracing bars 4 pass through the triangular hole 6, made on the tapered post 51 and are then fixed with a self-locking nut, thereby being elastically connected to the support seat 5. In the above support seat, the connections between the tapered post 51 and the seat plate 52, between the seat plate 52 and the rib plate 53 and between the support seat 5 and the side frame 2 all of them are obtained by welding. Such a structure has the following drawbacks. (1) Low structural rigidity: Due to welding, the fatigue strength of a loose joint is in itself lower than that of the metal body. Moreover, the space for mounting the support seat 5 is limited, resulting in the limitation in the length of the seat plate 52 and the height of the rib plate 53. As a result, the structural rigidity between the support seat 5 and the side frame 2 is lower. (2) High structural pretension: The connections between the various elements are achieved through welding, so that many welded joints are accumulated and crossed, producing a high structural pretension. During its use, an external force is added to the pretension, leading to a larger local tension. (3) Unstable box performance: Due to the welding operation, the quality of the welded joints can not be easily secured, and the tapered post 51 can not be positioned accurately. Thus, after the bracing bars 4 have been mounted, the two side frames 2 will not be in the desired rectangular shape, that is, the bogie will not be positioned correctly, which has a tendency to cause non-uniform wear of the bins. wheels of the same box. (4) Low resistance of the side frame: Because each support seat 5 is disposed on the outside of the side frame 2, the bracing bars 4 must pass through each triangular hole 6 in the side frame 2. Therefore, the radius of the lower arch of each hole triangular 6 can not be designed so as to be too small so as to avoid interference with the bracing bars 4. Thus, the resistance of the side frames 2 is decreased. (5) Low antioblicity rigidity of the box: Because the support seats 5 are arranged on the outside of the side frames 2, the bracing bars 4 are relatively long, thereby reducing the critical anti-pressure destabilizing force of the bracing bars 4. Therefore, the antioblicuity stiffness of the box is reduced indirectly. (6) Large occupied space: Due to the presence of support seats 5, the total width of the bogie is increased. The design of the bogies is made more difficult for some wagons with a narrower outer width. (7) Great assembly difficulty: When the bracing bars 4 are assembled, it is required to ensure the clearance between the bracing bars 4 and the underside of the tapered post 51, and to ensure a certain moment of force generated from the self-locking nut above the bracing bars 4. , what is difficult. As a result, assembly difficulty is high. (8) Maintenance not convenient: Because the tapered post 51 is welded on the seat plate 52 and the seat plate 52 is welded on the side frame 2, it is not easy to replace the tapered post 51 when the tapered post 51 wears or its thread is damaged.

Reference numbers in the drawings: DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to make clearer the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely in conjunction with the attached drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are a part of, not all, the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a front view of the structure of a railcar bogie according to an embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 5 is a top view of the rail car trunk of Fig. 4; Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of a railcar bogie according to an embodiment of the present invention and Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a cavity! in a railcar bogie according to an embodiment of the present invention. A railcar bogie is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which includes wheel assemblies 1, side frames 2 provided with triangular holes 6, an oscillating cross member 3 provided with a predetermined hole in its body and bracing bars 4. The cavities 7 are formed within the respective side frames 2 and are symmetrical relative to the center of the side frames 2. As shown in Figs. 4 to 7, the cavity 7 is located below the triangular hole 6; a connection seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7; a vertical mounting hole 81 is provided in the middle part of the connection seat 8; the bracing bar 4 is elastically connected to the connection seat 8 through the mounting hole 81.
A comparison is made between the present invention and the prior art. As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, in the prior art, since there is limited space in the support seat 5, the dimensions such as the length of the seat plate 52 and the height of the rib plate 53 can not be too large, so that the structural strength between the seat of support 5 and the side frame 2 is relatively low. The railcar bogie according to the embodiment of the invention does not have a welded structure, and there is no need to consider the effect of the welding materials on the live components, so that the railcar bogie can be realize of materials with a higher resistance, thereby improving the resistance of the box. Moreover, in the railcar bogie according to the embodiment of the invention, a hole is drilled or cut only in the connection seat 8 provided in the cavity 7 of the side frame 2, and its mounting and position dimension is They can secure it that easily. Therefore, the position of the bracing device is precise and the two side frames 2 can be in the desired rectangular shape. That is, the box is held in place precisely so as to avoid uneven wear of the wheels of the same box. Additionally, compared to the prior art in which the support seat 5 is provided on the outside of the side frame 2, in the present invention the connection seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7 formed within the side frame 2, so that the bracing bar 4 has a shortened length and therefore has a critical destabilizing force and higher pressure, thereby improving the antioblicuity stiffness of the bogie.
As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the connection seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7 below the triangular hole 6 of the side frame 2. Preferably, the connection seat 8 in the side frame 2 can be formed integrally by casting, surpassing that the resistance weaknesses of the prior art due to the fact that the components are welded together.
The specific form of the connection seat 8 is not limited in the present document. For example, the connection seat 8 can be configured in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the circular hole in the middle part of the connection seat 8 serves as the mounting hole 81. Specifically, the connection seat 8 is disposed in the cavity 7. The part; The top of the connection seat 8 and the side frame 2 are formed as a single piece by casting. The lower part of the connection seat 8 can be of a cylindrical structure suspended and can extend out of the lower part of the cavity 7 to receive a fitting piece. In actual machining processes, a hole having a diameter smaller than that of the mounting hole 81 may be pre-molded, and then finished by drilling or trimming so that both the desired dimensional accuracy and surface finish is achieved.
Fig. 8 is a sectional exploded view of a rail car trunk according to an embodiment of the present invention. Based on the above embodiments, it is preferred that the box be provided with a positioning rod 9. One end of the positioning rod 9 is provided with a shoulder that abuts against the lower face of the mounting hole 81, and the other The end of the positioning rod 9 is provided with a thread meshing with a self-locking nut 10, so that the bracing bars 4 are pressed against the side frame 2. The tapered post of the prior art is replaced by the positioning rod 9. When the positioning rod 9 is worn or its thread is damaged, it is practical to dismantle and replace it.
Additionally, each of the two ends of the bracing bars 4 is provided with a positioning hole. An elastic bushing 11 is provided with an inner hole inside the positioning hole. The inner hole of the elastic bushing 11 fits into the positioning rod 9.
In a real application, the upper and lower surface of the connection seat 8 are flat surfaces. The bracing bar 4 is located on the upper surface of the connection seat 8. The elastic lock 11 is disposed within each positioning hole of the ends of the bracing bar 4. The positioning rod 9 passes through the orifice of the bracing bar 4. assembly 81 and the hole of the elastic bushing in the bracing bar 4 from the lower part to the upper part. The self-locking nut 10 is mounted on the threaded end of the positioning rod 9, thus connecting the bracing bar 4 with the elastic bushing 1 1. The elastic bushing 1 1 functions to create a certain elasticity between the bracing bar 4 and the frame lateral 2, so as to relieve an impact force.
It is to be understood that, if the provided triangular hole 6 is relatively large, the positioning rod 9 can pass through the mounting hole 81 from the upper part to the lower part and the self-locking nut 10 can be disposed. at the lower end of the positioning rod 9 during the specific assembly. In the above structure, the positioning rod 9 will not be lost, even in case of loss of the nut, thus ensuring that the bridging bar device does not fail.
A railway wagon is also provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a wagon frame and a truck connected to the wagon frame. The bogie is the rail car bogie according to any of the embodiments of the present invention.
For the railway car trunk of the railway car according to the embodiments of the present invention, the connection seat is provided in the cavity of the side frame and is elastically connected to the bracing bar, which allows to overcome several defects of the prior art due to welding, shortening the length of the bracing bar, and increasing the structural strength and anti-bustiness rigidity of the bogie.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rail vehicle trunk including wheel assemblies 1, side frames 2 provided with through holes 6, an oscillating cross member 3 provided with a preset hole, and bracing bars 4. As it is shown in Figs. 6 and 7, a cavity 7 is formed inside the side frame 2, and is defined by the periphery of the side frame 2. A connection seat 8 is provided in the cavity 7. In the example shown in Fig. 6, the connection seat 8 is located below the through hole 6. However, it is to be understood that the connection seat 8 can be placed in any appropriate position in the cavity 7, provided that the bracing bar 4 it can be attached to the side frame 2. A mounting hole can be provided in the connection seat 8, and the bracing bar can be connected to the connection seat 8 through the mounting hole and, thereby, be connected to the frame alternatively, connection pieces well known in the art can also be provided on the connection seat 8, so that it connects the bracing bar 4 to the side frame 2. Certainly, the rail vehicle bogie in the aspect of the present invention may incorporate some embodiments or features described above for the railway car trunk, which will not be described in detail.
It should be noted that the above embodiments illustrate the technical solutions of the invention only in an exemplary manner and are not granted to limit the present invention. Thus, it is to be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many improvements and modifications to the invention can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention defined by the appended claims.
