Abstract
Se describe un método para el maquinado de un bloque de cilindros, en donde una proyección que se proyecta en el lado del cárter de un diámetro interno del cilindro se proporciona a la sección extrema del diámetro interno del cilindro en el lado del cárter, y el recubrimiento pulverizado se forma en la superficie interior del diámetro interno del cilindro, y la superficie interior de la proyección que se continua a la superficie interior del diámetro interno del cilindro. Posteriormente, al menos parte de la proyección se remueve conjuntamente con el recubrimiento pulverizado formado sobre la superficie interior de la proyección después de la formación del recubrimiento pulverizado. Como consecuencia, aun si la sección extrema del diámetro interno del cilindro en el lado del cárter se remueve/maquina, se puede asegurar un suficiente margen de remoción/maquinado mientras que se logra la miniaturización del bloque de cilindros.
