Abstract

Una montaje de matriz de punzonar de láminas metálicas (1), comprende una parte inferior (3), una parte superior (5) y columnas de guía (7) dispuestas para mantener las partes (3, 5) alineadas durante el movimiento de la parte superior (5) en relación con la parte inferior (3), la parte superior (5) y la parte inferior (3) de la matriz del montaje de matriz (1) presentan porciones horizontales paralelas planas mutuamente opuestas (11, 13), la porción plana inferior (13) está adaptada para recibir la lámina metálica, la porción plana superior (11) presenta una pluralidad de punzones (17) que se proyectan hacia abajo desde la misma en el momento del punzonado cuando el montaje de matriz (1) se cierra por la acción de una prensa, en la porción inferior plana (13) están (1) presenta por lo menos un dispositivo de rotación diferencial para una unidad de punzonado colocada para corresponder con por lo menos una posición de punzonado (18, 19, 20), dicho dispositivo comprende un portapunzones (31), un medio de guía (35) y una matriz (37); el portapunzones (31), la guía (35) y la matriz (37): - forman una unidad de punzonado (41) adaptada para girar en torno de un eje X en la parte superior (5) y la parte inferior (3) del montaje de matriz (1); - presentan respectivamente alojamientos adicionales (47, 49 y 51) para alojar medios para centrar (33), - son capaces de girar mutuamente de forma rígida por medio de los medios para centrar (33).
