Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para procesamiento antiséptico de la superficie de un producto elaborado de cauchos de organosilicio con peso molecular 2·105-6·105, el método consiste en una formación de dos etapas de un recubrimiento antiséptico en la superficie del producto: (a) en una primera etapa se modifica la superficie por tratamiento en plasma de oxígeno a baja temperatura a radiación electromagnética de alta frecuencia; y (b) en una segunda etapa se procesa la superficie modificada aplicándola en una preparación antiséptica que contiene: un biocida, el cual es un polvo nanodisperso de bentonita intercalada por iones de plata y/o cobre; un agente de enlace polimérico fluoroacrílico, en donde el agente enlazante se disuelve en una mezcla de fluoroalquiléteres. El método proporciona la formación de un recubrimiento que tiene propiedades operacionales y antisépticas efectivas especialmente cuando el recubrimiento se aplica sobre la superficie de dispositivos ortopédicos pequeños tales como correctores de pie, plantillas, taloneras, etc.
