Abstract
La descripción provee un método y sistema para identificar una terminal; el método comprende que: un eNB de fuente que ha recibido un mensaje de restablecimiento de RRC determina, de conformidad con una PCI de una celda en donde ocurre una RLF en el mensaje, todos los eNB objetivos a los cuales se necesita enviar información de RLF, y envía la información de RLF a cada eNB objetivo determinado; después de recibir la información de RLF, el eNB objetivo determina la celda en donde ocurre la RLF bajo el eNB objetivo de conformidad con la PCI de la celda en donde ocurre la RLF, y determina en cada celda determinada si un C-RNTI de la terminal en la celda en donde ocurre la RLF pertenece a C-RNTIs existentes en la celda; si el C-RNTI pertenece a los C-RNTIs existentes en la celda, entonces se determina que la terminal es una terminal de la celda, de otra manera se determina que la terminal no es una terminal de la celda; la descripción permite que la terminal sea identificada en forma exacta y singular.
