Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de la fórmula (I), en donde R1 y R2 se seleccionan independientemente de hidrógeno, metilo, etilo, propilo e isopropilo; o R y R forman juntos un anillo de hidrocarburo de 5 o 6 miembros saturado o monoinsaturado, representado por la línea de puntos arqueada; R3 se selecciona de metilo y etilo; R4 se selecciona de metilo, etilo, propilo, isopropilo, ciclopropilo, butilo, isobutilo, ciclobutilo y ciclopentilo; R5 se selecciona de hidrógeno y metilo, y la línea de puntos entre las posiciones 3´´ y 4´´representa un enlace doble opcional. Los compuestos tienen un olor de almizcle y son útiles en fragancias finas y funcionales.
