Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de una parte de husillo de dirección que forma una sección de un husillo de dirección, comprendiendo la parte de husillo de dirección una sección de refuerzo (12) en al menos una región de extremo, sección de refuerzo sobre la cual la parte de husillo de dirección tiene un espesor de pared (D) que es incrementado en comparación con una sección (14, 21) adyacente de la parte de husillo de dirección, extendiéndose hacia el centro longitudinal de la parte de husillo de dirección, y comprendiendo un tubo (8) y un manguito (10) que está dispuesto en la sección de refuerzo (12) de la parte de husillo de dirección y que forma el espesor de pared (D) incrementado, donde, para formar la sección de refuerzo (12) de la parte de husillo de dirección se empuja el manguito (10) axialmente sobre una sección de extremo (9) del tubo (8) y a continuación se expande el tubo (8) al menos sobre una parte del largo de la sección de extremo (9) del tubo envuelto por el manguito (10) y se deforma plásticamente en el proceso.
