Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a sistemas de supervisión electrónica de artículos (EAS) dinámicamente controlados, mediantes los cuales se pone en fase digitalmente y se impulsa activamente una disposición de elementos de antena para transmisión concurrente y se pone en fase digitalmente y se combina en la unidad receptora para mejorar la detección. En particular, la frecuencia individual y la fase de la pluralidad de señales de transmisión/recepción se varía rápidamente para permitir manipulación automatizada (dirección) del patrón de campo de transmisión y la sensibilidad del campo de recepción. La invención obtiene las siguientes características por medio del control por computadora de fase digital y dinámica: cancelación de campo lejano suficiente, rendimiento de detección libre de vacíos y detección no comprometida sin importar la orientación de la etiqueta mientras se utilizan controladores de transmisión simples para excitar las estructuras de antena, ya sea una antena de bucle o antena de núcleo de ferrita, que utiliza un acoplador de fase, por lo que permite una operación de sistema más eficiente o características adicionales tales como operación de antena de desactivador.
