Abstract

Un método para predecir una avería en un cojinete de rodamientos, el cojinete de rodamientos incluye los anillos interno y externo y los cuerpos de rodamientos distribuidos angularmente uniformemente entre los mismos, el método comprende: procesar (en el sistema DSP 8) una señal de la posición (x (t)) indicativa de una posición angular relativa al anillo interno con respecto a los anillos externos, y una señal de vibración (y(t)) (por el acelerómetro 7) indicativa de las vibraciones relacionadas con la velocidad en el cojinete de rodamientos, de manera que correspondan a un desplazamiento angular de los cuerpos de rodamientos igual a un número entero de espacios angulares entre cuerpos de rodamientos adyacentes, o a un número entero de rotaciones completas del anillo interno con respecto al anillo externo; muestrear en espacio (en el tablero de adquisición A/D 9) la señal procesada de la vibración (y (t)) con base en la señal de posición procesada (x (t)); y, predecir una avería en el cojinete de rodamientos con base en la señal de vibración muestreada en espacio (y (t)).
