Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la separación granulométrica selectiva de materiales pulverizables sólidos que utiliza acción centrífuga, capaz de separar materiales en dos fracciones, es decir, una fracción de material fino y una fracción de material grueso, que incluye: un alojamiento (6), un rotor cilíndrico (2) el cual es giratorio, con relación al alojamiento, alrededor de un eje vertical dentro del alojamiento y provisto de aspas (3) distribuidas uniformemente en la periferia de una abertura de salida superior a través de la cual se extrae un flujo de gas, cargado con partículas que tienen un tamaño menor que un tamaño de partículas predeterminado, un conjunto de paletas ajustables verticales distribuidas uniformemente alrededor del rotor a lo largo de las generatrices de un cilindro virtual y que dirigen el flujo de gas hacia el rotor, medio para alimentar las partículas entre las paletas y el rotor, medio de recolección colocado más abajo que el rotor para recoger las partículas no alimentadas que han caído y que tienen un tamaño mayor al tamaño de partícula predeterminado. De acuerdo con la invención, el medio de recolección incluye un sistema periférico con un lecho fluidizado, donde el lecho se extiende alrededor del eje de rotor, al menos debajo de las paletas y el hueco entre las paletas (7) y el rotor (2), la velocidad del gas de fluidización en una sección horizontal del lecho fluidizado es menor que 1 m/s a fin inducir otra separación de los materiales finos y de los materiales gruesos en los que los materiales finos retroalimentan hacia el hueco entre las áreas y el rotor.
